I laughed when I read "I quit cold turkey once, but started smoking again in a week" only because I can say that I "quit" probably 50 times for a week or more before I finally discovered e-cigarettes and actually stayed quit. The key is to not have a pack of cigarettes around so that the only thing you can "smoke" is your e-cigarette. After a day or two, you won't miss the real cigarettes at all and you'll get to experience the fun of trying out different flavors every month.
