Smoking Alternatives – The Electric Cigarette

Smoking Alternatives The Electric Cigarette

Around the world, more people are choosing to kick the smoking habit. When you consider the serious health consequences like emphysema, the choice to cease smoking becomes a simple matter.

Choosing a method to quit can be hard when you're bombarded with a variety of nicotine replacement, but now you can quit naturally. Acupuncture has been a successful treatment for cessation for many individuals. Tiny needles are inserted in areas of the body determined by practitioners to be responsible for the nicotine desire.

Individuals who support the acupuncture option report fewer side effects during the cessation process. No treatment is instantaneous, but acupuncture only requires the patient to attend a thirty minute session twice a week. Another very effective and popular natural method is to use hypnosis to deal directly with the addiction at the source, the brain. During hypnosis, the therapist introduces new messages directly to the patients subconscious mind in order to reprogram the addictive thought cycle.

You may also be able to curb your cravings buy increasing the amount you exercise each day. That extra exercise will also help keep off the additional weight that often occurs when former smokers use food as a smoking replacement. You can help your body flush out the toxins and keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water each day.

Keep yourself motivated, commit to joining a good support group. Be patient when it comes to those friends and family members who never smoked, they will support you, but they may not understand the process. Addictions don't go away overnight, so give the quitting process time to work. You may always experience some level of craving, but using a natural method to quit will help to ensure that you have quit for good.

Trying to quit smoking and thinking of trying Njoy electric cigarette...any thoughts?

I've smoked for 8 years and it's time to quit. The gas station where I buy my cigarettes has the Njoy cigarettes for sale and I've been interested in trying them. I guess the questions I have are, has anybody tried it? If so, what do you think? And the second question is, will smoking these cigarettes cause cancer? It may seem like a dumb question but I really want to know for sure. I enjoy smoking a lot and this would be a great alternative for me. Thanks in advance for the answers.

If you are thinking in smoking e-cigs instead of regular ones "life-time", you're not ready to quit.
