The Do's Tips to help getting pregnant
1. Fertility-boosting diet. Your food intake does a lot of help getting pregnant especially if you eat foods that are rich in folic acid or foliate that helps our bodies function and regenerate body cells. Foods rich in foliate include:
• brown rice,
• liver,
• chicken,

2. Monitoring the basal body temperature and the menstrual cycle. There are 28 days in which the menstrual cycle takes place and within those 28 days, there will be two or three days wherein your basal body temperature would get higher, signaling that the egg is about to be released. It is best to record your temperature that moment you wake up in the morning. The 9 days before the start of the 5-7 day bleeding and 9 days after the bleeding would give you the "safe" days which will not help getting pregnant happen.
3. Stress-free. That should be pretty self-explanatory, but to make things clear, over-fatigue and stress can lessen your chances of having a healthy sexual drive, thus hampering your chances of conceiving a baby.

Are electronic cigarettes safe and not unhealthy?
Since the FDA has not regulated electronic cigs yet, they are very vague in what they can say. All they can say are factual things such as it contains no tar or carcinogens, but can't say what everyone wants to know, such as it can help one quit smoking, it's 100% safe (other than the nicotine), and it can't cause cancer.
So I bought one today and I really like it. Is it OK on your lungs to breathe in the water vapor? I wish the FDA would regulate this and just say it's safe ...i don't see how it's NOT safe, but you never know. It's kind of scary how it's not regulated yet.
Very good questions. First of all, with electronic cigarettes, you have lots of choices. So, if you are wanting to cut down on smoking or you are looking to quit smoking then, these electronic cigarettes are worth using. Why? Because first of all, you can choose the nicotine level you need and then gradually cut down. Nicotine levels come in 0 mg on up to 36 mg. So, if you are a heavy smoker, you can work your way down. Kind of like weening yourself off instead of doing the cold turkey thing.
As far as the vapor you are inhaling, that is a water substance and if our bodies are mostly made up of water, then certainly vapor should not have any adverse affects on anyone who uses an Electronic Cigarette.
Congratulations on your new electronic cigarette. Hope I have answered your question sufficiently.
