I purchased E-liquid Black Cherry Flavor 8 mg Nicotine on Perfect Electronic Cigarette website, I also bought VG. I quickly grabbed a dead cart, Put 5 drops of the 8 mg eliquid, and about 3 drops of VG, I tried vaping away but there was no Throat hit. A LOT of vapor, No hit.... So I tried mixing around the amounts of eliquid and vg, and still cannot get a throat hit. What am I doing wrong?

Also FYI, I am using Blu Cigs.

ALSO.. Can I combine another atomizer with blu cigs to get better results?
