there is no "best ecig" there is only an ecig that is "best for you". Seriously, it really depends a little on you and what you prefer. The fact is that most ecigarette models basically work the same way. In a nutshell, a battery powers an atomizer which vaporizes a nicotine/water solution that is inhaled by the user. The main differences are in overall quality/dependability as well as special/extra features that may appeal to you depending on your personality and needs.
Do you plan to refill your cartridges? If so, buy a 3 piece design. Do you want it to look fake or realistic? Get a red LED or a blue/green one ... Do you want cartridges with Chinese made smoke juice or USA made smoke juice?
