E Cigarette Liquid Refill

I bought a E-Cigarette kit?

I purchased a E-Cigarette kit and i'm wondering about the refill cartridges. I heard that there is a liquid refill that you can buy to refill the cartridges instead of buying new cartridges. Any suggestions about this , and where I can buy the liquid refills?
Here is the E-Cigarette that I purchased.

I just use ElitenSmoke brand of Electronic Cigarette. There are replacement cartridges (5 Pack) Classic Tobacco for this brand that I purchase also from the same site and they're for around $11.99.
