Ingredients;

1 C. dried white beans
6 C. water
2 TBSP. olive oil
1 diced onion
1 minced clove garlic
1/4 C. minced parsley
3 diced carrots
2 C. diced celery
1 C. ch. cabbage
1 C. diced potatoes
1 TBSP. salt
1 C. tomatoes

Instructions;

A.
Soak Beans Overnight.
B.
Drain and Add Water.
C.
Boil Until Tender (1 Hour or More)
D.
Put Oil in Large Frying Pan and Add All Ingredients. Cook Slowly Until Nearly Done.
E.
Add to Beans With Tomatoes and Salt.
F.
Cook 15 Minutes Longer.
