E Cig Liquid Flavors

can you use condensed water flavoring as e-cig liquid flavoring?

I found some water flavoring that sounds so much like e-cigarette smoke i'd like to try it as that.It's condensed ,the kind water of flavor that only takes a few drops to flavor water, I want to see if it would work like Electronic Cigarette flavor. It sounds safe & the flavors sound good , i don't see what the harm or difference would be.

I'm not sure but trying to vape a straight liquid without a diluent doesn't sound like it would work too well to me.
