Electronic Sigarette - The Basic Quit Smoking Symptoms

Electronic Sigarette

People who try to kick the habit face many quit smoking symptoms in the first week and if you take are careful you will be able to quit for good as most of the symptoms disappear after two weeks.

Most people undergo mental as well as physical symptoms and they should have the motivation and determination to abstain from smoking as it is best for them. People feel tingling in their feet and suffer intestinal disorders. Sweating, sore throats, coughing are the other physical symptoms that are common in smokers who are trying to quit.

But the mental and emotional symptoms are quite difficult to face as people start having temper tantrums and at times are mentally confused and are unable to make sound decisions. Smoking cessation starts showing its effect within a few hours of withdrawal, so you should be strong enough and ask for the support of your family. They should be able to take you out of the thick and thin of quit smoking symptoms with ease. Although quit smoking symptoms are difficult to handle, nothing is impossible if you have the right attitude and the determination to attain your set goal.

Smoking is actually connected to nicotine addiction and when you try to quit your brain chemistry isn't able to function in the proper way because there is lack of nicotine in your system. This is the reason that people get impatient and angry.

Constipation is another quit smoking symptom that people suffer from when they try to quit as the intestinal tract also slows down temporarily. And to get rid of it you need to increase your fiber intake and drink plenty of fluids so that the undigested food moves easily through your gut, ridding you of this problem. Electronic Sigarette

The worst quit smoking symptom by far is cravings for nicotine. As you have quit smoking your regular nicotine dose has vanished and because your brain is used to it, it starts to give you nicotine cravings. You have to have a healthy mindset and a good perspective about this change, otherwise you won't be able to handle these cravings.

Headaches and dizziness are the most common quit smoking symptoms. Smokers who quit start feeling dizzy because extra oxygen is being delivered to your brain and the blood that was dysfunctional because of smoking has returned to its normal functions.

Hunger pangs are also common symptoms as people start confusing nicotine cravings for hunger pangs. In a situation like this it is best to not indulge yourself with whatever food comes to mind because then you'd just be replacing one bad habit with another. Drink some water or eat a salad.

Quit smoking symptoms are easy to handle with the right determination and commitment. You will be able to handle your addiction and turn out victorious in the end. Electronic Sigarette

"After years of trying, I finally Quit Smoking with Electronic Sigarette!

Now I live healthier and smoke … Electronic Cigarette"

Docotors, what are your views on electronic cigarettes?

I really want my mom to stop smoking, and am trying to convince her to use a nicotine patch or an "e-cig" (Electronic Cigarette). An e-cig sounds like a great idea, but I know that there is nicotine, and propylene glycol I'm them. The idea is that you inhale liquid nicotine I think, and I don't think that's so good for you. I was wondering what risks that could involve. Also propylene glycol is used in anti-freeze and brake fluid, I know that can't be healthy to breathe in. I was wondering your views on e-cigs, and which brands you might reccomend. Also, my mom has a white spot on the back of her throat. Could it be cancer? I'm really worried I don't want to lose her. Thanks for all your help.

First, and foremost, I AM NOT A DOCTOR.

Second, you have a misconception with propylene glycol. It is indeed in anti-freeze, and so is another chemical, dihydrogen monoxide. Dihydrogen monoxide can be poison if consumed in large quantities, and can break down organic substances like acid. However, you drink this chemical everyday because it is WATER. Just because it has a confusing scientific name and is in some lethal-if-ingested substances doesn't automatically mean the one chemical is dangerous. Propylene glycol is in some food and medicines.

Nicotine is a stimulant, which constricts blood vessels, just like coffee.

I ordered a Joye 510 NoBox from http://www.cignot.com/. Most people recommend them according to my research.

Again, I'm not a doctor, but white spots usually mean Strep throat. At any rate, she should probably see a doctor.

Good luck.
